SYNTHIA™逆合成软件课程|第一届中国校园行北京大学站邀请函

近年来随着 AI技术的兴起,人类即将进入历史上伟大的时代。AI技术作为一种新兴技术,是新药研发实现快速化的重要方式之一,AI技术+新药研发已成为中国医药行业加速创新转型的重要驱动力。在相对传统的制药行业,AI也受到了广泛的关注和讨论。因此默克公司诚挚地邀请北京大学师生参加2023 年“Go Beyond the literature”默克 SYNTHIA™逆合成软件课程培训会。


本次课程聚焦AI先进技术,介绍AI辅助逆合成的新发展和未来趋势,借助SYNTHIA™逆合成软件,手把手实操,寻找创新思路,为课题突破添砖加瓦。


一、时间地点

本次SYNTHIA™培训共四次课程,具体如下:

课程地点:

北京大学医学部,医学科技楼,具体会议室后续通知。


二、课程内容

1.Chemistry and computer science:

Applications of computer science in chemistry Computer-aided synthesis planning

2.Introduction to SYNTHIA:

Basic functions and workflows of the software Rediscovering of published syntheses in SYNTHIA and their comparison with other results proposed by SYNTHIA software

3.Analyses focused on bonds:

Do-cut and do-not-cut features to look for routes with specific disconnections

4.Custom inventory:

Optimizing a search by uploading a custom inventory

5.Advanced options-stop conditions and lists, filters, advanced logic, special reaction classes:

Adjusting stop conditions and advanced options to arrive at desired results

6.SYNTHIA as a tool for processchemistry:

SYNTHIA's search options to optimize the synthesis

7.Synthetic pathways step-by-step-manual mode:

using the manual mode to construct synthetic pathways step-by-step by choosing desired transformations


三、嘉宾介绍

Dr Ewa Gajewska


Head of Product Management- SYNTHIA Merck Group Dr. Ewa Gajewska holds a position of a Head of product Management for SYNTHIA retrosynthesis Software in Merck KGaA. She graduated in biotechnology and chemistry from the Gdansk University of Technology and was a recipient of the Outstanding Achievements Award from Poland's Minister of Science and Higher Education. In 2020 she received her PhD from Institute of Organic Chemistry at the Polish Academy of Sciences. Her doctoral work was devoted to development of the SYNTHIA Retrosynthesis Software for computer-assisted synthetic planning. She participated in all stages of software's design, both in the context of expanding the chemical knowledge base and the algorithms. Currently, she leads development of SYNTHIA in Merck kGaA.
